Better-Than-Chips Asparagus

Crispy, salty, eat with your hands … and healthy!

Asparagus from the bag? 👎🏼 Steamed 👎🏼

Veggies (for me) are all about how you cook them!!! This is how I make my snackable, uncontrollably amazing asparagus. I seriously eat this as a snack sometimes.

INGREDIENTS: olive oil, salt, pepper, raw asparagus


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the white stems off the asparagus
  3. On a baking sheet, drizzle 1/2 tbsp. Rub the asparagus in this. Make sure to coat the whole asparagus- including the head! I find pouring onto the sheet first allows me to use less olive oil!
  4. Evenly space across the sheet and throw em in the oven. You can put them in even if it’s not preheated all the way.
  5. Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on how many to you have in there. You will know they’re done when they are “semi-burnt” on the thickest part.

Enjoy!! Crunchy, salty, juicy. Kick the afternoon cravings for chips or add it as a side dish!
