Breakfast Latte

Woke up late and are rushing off to work? Or maybe you want an afternoon pick-me-up but everyone knows that a cup of coffee isn’t going to give you any protein. Here’s your solution:

recipe from:


  • 8 oz. coffee
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp grassfed butter (optional)
  • cinnamon/nutmeg to taste
  • honey (optional)


  1. Once you have your coffee made, add in all other ingredients and blend well! DO NOT FEAR THE EGG!! You won’t even taste it and you’re coffee will actually turn into something your muscles can use!
